Bio
Jan is a Report Manager for Arizona Public Service (APS). Jan works under I/S Operations, within the Information Services department. She enjoys working with people and ensuring that customers are provided with the very best of service. After serving as Southwest Synergy's webmaster for two years, and then President for two years, Janet is now backing up the organization with her prior experience. She comes to us with 23 years of experience working in the Technology field and has worked for APS/Pinnacle West for the last 10 years.
