Leads all Chapter meetings and social activities. Ensures that officer positions are filled, and oversees annual officer nomination and election processes. Represents the Chapter on all official Help Desk Institute matters. Oversees all Chapter activities with and through other officers. Takes steps to ensure that all officers and members abide by the Help Desk Institute Local Chapter Operating Principles, Policies and Procedures Agreement.
Bio
Having previously served on the board as the President and VP of Finance, Chris is happy to continue supporting our HDI Southwest Synergy chapter in this new capacity. Chris is currently the Director of IT Process at the Apollo Group. Chris has his BS in Accounting and Masters in Information Systems Management, and brings over 15 years of IT experience in various roles and industries. Outside of work, Chris keeps busy with his large family of nine (5 sons, 2 daughters), active participation in scouting and youth programs, and other service activities….and he DEFINITELY wants to change his photo on the board member page :-)
