Leads all Chapter
meetings and social activities. Ensures that officer positions are
filled, and oversees annual officer nomination and election
processes. Represents the Chapter on all official Help Desk
Institute matters. Oversees all Chapter activities with and through
other officers. Takes steps to ensure that all officers and members
abide by the Help Desk Institute Local Chapter Operating Principles,
Policies and Procedures Agreement.
Bio
Paul is currently an Account Manager with a technical consulting firm. Prior to that, he worked in the help desk field for 8 years at Choice Hotels International. Paul led the 2nd level help desk team for nearly 7 years and 1st level help desk for over a year. He has been a member of HDI since 1996 and a part of the board since 2005.
