Leads all Chapter meetings and social activities. Ensures that officer positions are filled, and oversees annual officer nomination and election processes. Represents the Chapter on all official HDI matters. Oversees all Chapter activities with and through other officers. Takes steps to ensure that all officers and members abide by the Help Desk Institute Local Chapter Operating Principles, Policies and Procedures Agreement.
Bio
Chris Hendrickson has been a Senior IT Manager with the Apollo Group Inc. for the last 6 years and served on the HDI Southwest Synergy (SWS) board as the VP of Communications last year. He holds a Bachelor degree in Management will be finishing his Masters in Organizational Management in the Spring. When not working or studying, Chris enjoys spending time with his children and catching up on independent films.
