VP of Communication

Maintains Chapter mailing list and official records of Chapter activities. Records minutes of Chapter meetings and issues the meeting agenda items. Acts as primary liaison between the Local Chapter and HDI National. Provides Help Desk Institute National with at least one copy of all announcements, newsletters, and other materials that are produced and distributed by the Chapter or on behalf of the Chapter. The Vice President of Communications works directly with other officers to contact members and prospects with meeting announcements, sending minutes and communicating with local members.

JT Haynes started with the Apollo Group in August of 2004 as an Enrollment Counselor for the online division. In September of 2006, he entered into the Infrastructure and Technology department as a Senior IT Customer Service Representative working as a level 2 agent. As of April of 2007, he was promoted to his current role as Business Analyst for the Apollo Group, where one of his main responsibilities is to ensure that communication is maintained between the different IT support groups within the organization. He is presently on track to complete a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Western International University. On a more personal level, JT is involved with the Boy Scouts of America as an Assistant Varsity Coach and is heavily relied upon to communicate different activities to the youth. JT has been happily married for three years and they have a thirteen month old son who is the joy of their life. Some of his hobbies include camping, hiking, gardening, video editing and spending time with his family.
